Improve error messages in store

**Feature request**
It would be great to have logging for parsers.

**Use case**
Many users need this functionality for production deployments.

**Implementation idea**
Add a new config option `enable_logging` with default `false`.

Start by locating the parser entry points and the configuration handling for the store. Check how existing options and logging are implemented, then verify that `enable_logging` defaults to `false` and that enabling it produces useful parser logs without changing the default behavior.
