Add configuration options for analytics

**Feature request**
It would be great to have monitoring for models.

**Use case**
Many users need this functionality for production deployments.

**Implementation idea**
Add a new config option `enable_monitoring` with default `false`.

The issue names only the `enable_monitoring` configuration option and does not identify files, tests, or an analytics entry point. First locate the configuration handling and model execution paths, then clarify what monitoring should collect and how the default-disabled behavior is verified before implementation.
