Support analytics configuration

**Feature request**
It would be great to have export for parsers.

**Use case**
Many users need this functionality for production deployments.

**Implementation idea**
Add a new config option `enable_export` with default `false`.

Start by locating the configuration-loading entry point and the parser export path; the issue names the new `enable_export` option and its default. Confirm how parser output is handled when the option is enabled, and verify that the default remains disabled while production export works when explicitly enabled.
