Add configuration options for export

**Feature request**
It would be great to have sorting for routes.

**Use case**
Many users need this functionality for production deployments.

**Implementation idea**
Add a new config option `enable_sorting` with default `false`.

No file or test is named. Start by locating the route export entry point and its configuration handling, then trace how exported routes are ordered. Done means a new enable_sorting option defaults to false and controls whether exported routes are sorted, with the existing behavior preserved by default.
