Update lib documentation

**Feature request**
It would be great to have import for core.

**Use case**
Many users need this functionality for production deployments.

**Implementation idea**
Add a new config option `enable_import` with default `false`.

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the configuration loading and core import paths, then determine how a new enable_import option should flow through production deployments. Done means the option defaults to false, enables core import when set, and the relevant behavior is covered by tests or documented usage.
