Optimize validation for large datasets

**Feature request**
It would be great to have export for lib.

**Use case**
Many users need this functionality for production deployments.

**Implementation idea**
Add a new config option `enable_export` with default `false`.

Start by locating the configuration handling and validation entry points for the library. Confirm what “export” should mean for production deployments, then add the enable_export option with a default of false and verify validation behavior on large datasets.
