Add TypeScript types for parsers

Currently hooks lacks proper import support.

**Proposed solution**
Add configurable import with sensible defaults.

Start by locating the parsers and hooks entry points and inspect how imports are currently handled. Define the expected configurable import behavior and sensible defaults from the existing implementation, then verify that TypeScript types cover the parser interfaces and that the hooks import path works.
