Optimize parsers for large datasets

**Feature request**
It would be great to have timeout for models.

**Use case**
Many users need this functionality for production deployments.

**Implementation idea**
Add a new config option `enable_timeout` with default `false`.

No file, test, or entry point is named, and the title does not match the request. Start by locating the model configuration and request entry point, then clarify what should time out and how `enable_timeout` applies; done must include a default of `false` and agreed timeout behavior.
