Support logging configuration

**Feature request**
It would be great to have timeout for validation.

**Use case**
Many users need this functionality for production deployments.

**Implementation idea**
Add a new config option `enable_timeout` with default `false`.

The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. Start by locating configuration parsing and validation logic, then trace how production execution handles timeouts. Done means a documented `enable_timeout` option defaults to `false` and validation observes the requested timeout, with coverage for both disabled and enabled behavior.
