Description
If there are multiple Targets with (the same?) Framework dependency, only the first Target is linked and embedded correctly.
The build dependency is correctly configured for both targets, but it is not getting linked and embedded in the second one.
eg: Target1 gets linked and embedded, Target2 does not. - if Target1 is deleted althogether Target2 works like expected.
targets:
Target1:
dependencies:
- carthage: CarthageFramework
- target: dependency/dependencyTarget
Target2:
dependencies:
- carthage: CarthageFramework
- target: dependency/dependencyTarget
Keep up the great work!

Research direction
Reproduce the issue with the two-target YAML example in a generated Xcode project, using the same Carthage framework and target dependency for both targets. Trace how dependencies are linked and embedded for each target; done means both Target1 and Target2 link and embed the framework, including when both targets exist.
