Carthage watch copy phase

Hi,

When I generate project with apple Watch App which uses Carthage, the Carthage copy phase is in the wrong target.

Here is example project:

Start by generating the project from the YAML example and inspect the resulting Xcode targets and Carthage copy phase. Reproduce the issue with the iOS app, watch app, and watch extension dependencies; done means the Carthage copy phase is attached to the correct target.
