Description
When I generate a static library for both iOS, macOS platforms, it seems to not specify the x86_64 valid architecture for the iPhoneSimulator SDK. As a result, Xcode 10.1 incorrectly builds the macOS version (because it has x86_64 architecture I suppose) implicitly. How do I specify the valid architecture for iphonesimulator sdk to be x86_64?

Research direction
The report concerns XcodeGen 2.2.0, Xcode 10.1, and static libraries targeting iOS and macOS. Start by reproducing the generated project for the iPhoneSimulator SDK and inspect how architecture settings are emitted. Done means the generated project selects the intended simulator architecture without implicitly using the macOS build.
