Description
options.bundleIdPrefix can be used to automatically set a target's PRODUCT_BUNDLE_IDENTIFIER using the target name. This doesn't happen if PRODUCT_BUNDLE_IDENTIFIER has been set manually on some level of the build settings. This should only check if it has been already set on the target though, not at a project level

Research direction
Start by tracing how options.bundleIdPrefix is handled when generating PRODUCT_BUNDLE_IDENTIFIER and compare target-level with project-level build settings. Reproduce both cases in a generated Xcode project, then verify that an explicit target setting is preserved while a project-level setting does not prevent automatic target naming.
