Description
The parameter parallelizable is now threefold, the default evaluating to "Swift Testing Only". (See Screenshot)
When using the following example, setting parallelizable to false leads to the default, i.e. currently it is not possbile to generate projects with completely serial tests.
TestScheme:
test:
targets:
- name: testTargetName
parallelizable: false
Expected: Parallelization Disabled

Research direction
Start by tracing how the parallelizable test-target parameter is parsed and translated into the generated Xcode test scheme. Reproduce the provided YAML example, inspect the generated scheme's parallelization setting, and compare it with the expected Parallelization Disabled result. Done means parallelizable: false generates completely serial tests.
