Description

Hi,
Whenever I delete + regenerate a project it seems to default to a random scheme/simulator target.

Is there a way to set a "default" simulator and/or scheme? I've been looking through https://github.com/yonaskolb/XcodeGen/tree/master/Docs but I seemed to have missed it if it exists.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the linked XcodeGen Docs and the project-generation behavior described in the issue. Determine whether default simulator and scheme selection is already configurable; done means either documenting the existing configuration or defining and implementing a clear configuration path for both defaults.
