Description

Hello, maybe XcodeGen already has this functionality, but I didn't find.
It will be great (for migration a large project with 50+ modules)
to automatically mark all found h-files in sources to "public" if umbrella file contains them, otherwise
use "project" visibility

Research direction

The issue does not name files or tests. Start by tracing how XcodeGen discovers header files and assigns source visibility, then check the behavior for headers listed by an umbrella file versus other headers in a multi-module project; done means the former are public and the latter remain project-visible.
