Description

Is there an existing issue for this?

Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Many of us will want to render undistorted plates direct from 3de to another DCC without needing to inolve nuke or fusion to render the ud plate. If we could offer the option to render ud plates and publish them it would be very valuable. Currently we can only output a nuke node but Nuke is so expensive.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the existing Image Warp path that outputs a Nuke node, then determine how undistorted plates could be rendered and published directly for use in another DCC; done means the option works without Nuke or Fusion.
