Description
The docs currently needs a batch revamp as some parts are old.
For example this page https://docs.ayon.dev/docs/dev_requirements doesn't just mention python 3.9 but also talk about AYON without considering cloud hosted option for getting AYON server and dependencies are explained like AYON pipeline is a mono repo. I didn't mentioned we should mention UV instead of poetry. but this is just an example.
I don't have a full list but the I'll try making a nice change list in a PR.
