codex auth 提示不支持的 region

Description
复现路径：
1. 配置了 alma 的网络代理（指向我本地的 Surge，梯子本身应该没问题，因为我本地 Codex 是能正常用的）
2. 安装 codex 插件
3. 打开 provider ，点击 connect 打开网页完成登录
4. 登录完成后 alma 就接连弹出 2 个 不支持 region 的提示框
不敢再试了，怕会不会触发封号 😂
