openai-codex-auth 插件能否支持账号分流

目前支持登录多个 codex 账号, 但如果A 账号限额但B账号还有额度会持续提示没有额度, 以至于必须要删掉A账号, 才能继续使用B额度账号, 这就让账号登录变得没有意义起来

PS. 不太清楚是否可以通过设置解决
