Start by examining how persistent-postgresql maps database types and where NominalDiffTime is handled. Confirm the intended PostgreSQL interval mapping and its behavior before defining the change. Done means persistent-postgresql supports intervals consistently with NominalDiffTime, with the expected behavior verified.
