The font was generated fine using handwrite-web (handwrite 0.2.1), but it had 2 issues:

Research direction
Reproduce the report using the handwriting samples shown in the issue and the handwrite-web/handwrite 0.2.1 setup. Compare the generated font heading after D and E, and review related issues #67 and #68; done means those heading characters render correctly in the generated font.
