Community Website Proposal - xournal.app Domain

I built a professional website for Xournal++ and secured the xournal.app domain. As a user who relies on the software for PDF annotation, I noticed the current GitHub Pages site doesn't effectively showcase the software's capabilities to new users.

The site is about 90% complete with legal pages and minor mobile adjustments still needed. I'm covering all hosting costs and ongoing maintenance. All project content is properly attributed as a community resource.
