Description
I'm trying to create some utility classes for use in my markdown.
Give this:
:::section-columns
:::section-column
column 1
:::
:::section-column
column 2
:::
:::
I get this:
<div class="section-columns">
<div class="section-column">
<p>column 1</p>
</div>
</div>
<div class="section-column">
<p>column 2</p>
</div>
<div>
</div>
I expected (wrongly?) this:
<div class="section-columns">
<div class="section-column">
<p>column 1</p>
</div>
<div class="section-column">
<p>column 2</p>
</div>
</div>

Research direction
Start by locating the custom-container parsing and rendering entry points in Markdig, using the nested section-columns and section-column example from this issue as the reproduction. Add a regression test for the expected nested HTML and verify that the outer container contains both inner columns.
