Description

OS: Windows 11 Home, 64-bit ARM (Microsoft SQ1 @ 3.0 GHz)
Python version: 3.13.7
speech_recognition version: 3.14.3
FLAC version: flac 1.5.0
Error: FLAC conversion utility not available - consider installing the FLAC command line application by running apt-get install flac or your operating system's equivalent

When I run the same app on an intel x64 computer works properly, but in a Microsoft Surface ARM device, it displays this error
Any suggestions?
