[Bug] Video freezes while audio continues - second bug?

Describe the problem

My Hardware Setup:
Device: Minix NEO U22-XJ (S922X-J)
OS: CoreELEC 22.0-Piers_alpha3 (Amlogic-NO architecture)

Issue Description:
When using the iPlayer WWW add-on, the video stream completely freezes a few moments after playback starts, while the audio track continues to play flawlessly in the background.

Possible fix

This was fixed by https://github.com/xbmc/inputstream.adaptive/issues/2075 but the issue is occurring again.

Steps to reproduce

Open iplayerwww
Select live stream
Select BBC News
After a few minutes the video freezes but the audio continues.

Start by reproducing the freeze through the iPlayer WWW add-on using the live BBC News stream on the reported CoreELEC setup. Review the linked debug log around 13:44 and compare the current behavior with inputstream.adaptive issue 2075; done means the video no longer freezes while audio continues.
