Describe the bug

Here is a clear and concise description of what the problem is:

The HEIF image decoder addon displays blank images for the HEIC photos I take on my iPhone 13 Pro. It also displays blank images for HEIC files I save in Paint. The placeholders are blank in Wall view, and nothing is shown when I click on a thumbnail to view the image.

Expected Behavior

Here is a clear and concise description of what was expected to happen:

The images should be visible.

Actual Behavior

Images are not shown.

Possible Fix

No idea.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add some HEIC files to your Pictures.
2. Make sure the HEIF addon is loaded.
3. Try to view the HEIC files.

1. Paint.heic
2. iPhone13Pro.heic

I created the first one in Windows 11 Paint, and it's just the word "Text" in a circle. The second one is a photo of my screen with that image and some of the Paint UI above it.

Reproduce the failure in Kodi 21.2 on Windows 11 24H2 using Paint.heic and iPhone13Pro.heic from Pictures.zip, and review the linked debuglog. Trace the HEIF decoder behavior for these files; done means both images render in the library and when opened from their thumbnails.
