Research direction

Start by reproducing the tooltip issue in the react-native-echarts example or a minimal React Native application on both Android and iOS. Inspect the tooltip rendering path and compare the displayed result with the screenshot. Done means tooltip text is visible on both platforms, with a regression check covering the affected behavior.
