Description
All the links coming in the suggestion cards in /cds-services/prescirbe-medication response are showing in the demo UI as clickable. But not all are working. Currently Launch SMART App for DTR is the link used for prior auth status check. So should the other non working links coming in the response?

Research direction
Reproduce the demo UI response for /cds-services/prescirbe-medication and inspect how suggestion-card links are rendered. Compare Launch SMART App for DTR with the other response links to determine which destinations are intended to work. Done means the card links have behavior consistent with the API response and the prior-authorization status-check flow.
