Update documentation on MTOM and SwA with endpoints

Description
The instructions given in the document to try out the scenario after deploying the artifacts is not very clear to follow and to get an idea on how they are executed. In addition to it, even though the synapse configurations are shared, it is not possible to try out the scenario as the document does not provide the relevant resources that are required. Therefore these must be rectified in the document in a manner in which even a new user can try out the scenario and understand the context.
