Current Limitation
In the current documentation, it doesn't state that the Resident Key Manager should have the Token Exchange grant type enabled when configuring an external Key Manager with only the token exchange invocation method (screenshot shown below).
Suggested Improvement
The NOTES section can include the above stated fact about enabling the token exchange grant type in the Resident Key Manager
