WSO2 not working after port change
Steps to reproduce:

Download docker compose at: https://product-dist.wso2.com/downloads/api-manager/3.0.0/instruction-pages/non-subscription/docker/docker-apim-3.0.0.1.zip

Edit deployment.toml file by setting the offset - deployment.toml.txt

Edit docker-compose.ymp file - docker-compose.yml.txt

Docker-compose up few times due to some container unhealthy

Once up, deployed API test sample. Able to publish the API but when testing, error detected
