[Doc] Using proxy profiles with APIM

Description
In the APIM documentation space, I could not find a reference to how to work with proxy profiles/ssl tunnelling etc related steps. In such a event, we have to follow EI docs. IMO this may reduce the reader's experience. Hence shall we include a doc space for this and point to EI docs from APIM docs?
