Issues in Quick Start Guide - Integration

Description:
Following issues were found while trying out the Quick Start Guide - Integration

1. Tip in the what you'll build section[1] should be corrected as follows.
   !!! Tip You may import /HealthcareIntegrationProject to Integration Studio to view the project structure.
2. MI version in run.sh script in sample files:'/bin' should be changed to latest (wso2mi-4.2.0). Otherwise copying artifacts to carbonapps will fail. Or else we should instruct to adjust run script according to the version we are using.
