Description
Description:
The run.sh script [1] in the sample files has the MI product version hard-coded to 4.0.0, which will fail to copy the CAR files to the carbonapps if a different version is used. This should happen frequently now since the latest MI version is 4.2.0.

Research direction
Open the integration quick start guide at the linked Step 2 and inspect the run.sh script in its sample files. Check where version 4.0.0 is used when copying CAR files to carbonapps, then verify that the sample works with a different MI version, including 4.2.0.
