Problem
When the documentation [1] is followed to customize the Devportal, the starting time of the portal gets increased. In the documentation [1], it is not mentioned about the "node_modules" folder and when to remove it.
Solution
Therefore, could you please check on the above and make the necessary changes to the documentation?
