Not able to sign in to carbon portal in WSO2 APIM with the active-active deployment

Hi,
We have an active-active deployment with WSO2 API manager 4.1.0 with 2 nodes up and running. all other portals are in sync and accessed except the CARBON portal. If I stop one node other I can access the carbon portal and when both are up and running, in logs it is showing as the user logged in but not redirecting to the console page. can anyone suggest on this?
FYI: We have configured custom common host for both APIM nodes.
