Hi APIM Team & Doc Team,
A customer is facing the error code 900700, while creating an API, which is not documented in APIM docs as at now.

After spending a couple of hours, we noticed that the provider specified in the request was not available in the system. So it will be better if we can document this error code with possible occurrences.
Also, if time permits, please review the codebase and add all the undocumented error codes to APIM docs, like this one.
