Description
Description:
Currently, APICTL does not have an FAQ/Troubleshooting section. If we are going to have that kind a section we need a proper outline and content.
For example;
We can mention the usage of the --skipCleanup flag in that section
"When we are changing the environments with api_param.yaml, the API artifact will update before we are importing. If something went wrong during the import, this is the only place to verify the updated artifact. So this --skipCleanup flag can be used basically for troubleshooting but for not in CI/CD.
Note:- Currently, we can add this kind of things as "Tips" in the docs, but in future, it is better to have a FAQ/troubleshooting guide.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing APICTL documentation and its current Tips content to identify troubleshooting gaps. Draft an FAQ/troubleshooting outline, including the --skipCleanup scenario and api_param.yaml environment changes, then add the agreed content to the documentation so common failures and the intended CI/CD limitation are clear.
