Research direction
Start by locating the documentation for JSON Threat Protection for API Gateway and the steps that currently describe applying sequences through the Runtime view. Update those steps to use the Policies view in an APIM publisher for APIM 4.1.0 and later, then verify that the resulting procedure matches the operational policy workflow.
