Research direction
Locate the documentation for Regular Expression Threat Protection for API Gateway and review how policy sequences are applied. Update the APIM 4.1.0-and-later instructions to use the publisher's Policies view instead of the Runtime view, then verify the revised steps match the current operational-policy workflow.
