Description

Description:
In APIM 4.0.0, the Key Manager profile is deprecated from the distributed deployment. But for Migrated customers who are still willing to use opaque tokens, a separate Key Manager deployment would be required so that it can be scaled with the Gateway nodes.

This should be documented in the Migration Guide.
