Description:
The PR https://github.com/wso2/docs-apim/pull/3333 adds "Upgrading WSO2 IS as KM" Migration Docs for APIM 4.0.0. This includes the WSO2 IS Connector used in the previous version. Once the APIM 4.0.0 release is done, need to update the WSO2 IS Connector version to be downloaded mentioned under Step 1 - Part (2).
