Description

Add a section in [1] to explain the configuration when there is a cluster fronted by a LB
When there is a LB, add the LB DNS as the call back url.

This callback url is taken from the server.hostname in deployment.toml file. Therefore if its a APIM cluster then better to put the LB DNS under server.hostname

Research direction

Update the troubleshooting-invalid-callback-error page linked in the issue. Start by reviewing the existing guidance and the deployment.toml setting for server.hostname. Done means the page explains that, for an APIM cluster behind a load balancer, the load balancer DNS should be used as the callback URL and configured as server.hostname.
