[Doc Bug] Outdated Service Provider names and broken link in "Log in to the Developer Portal Using Social Media" (APIM 4.7.0)

Description

There are two issues on the documentation page for configuring social media login for the Developer Portal in WSO2 API Manager 4.7.0:

1. Outdated Service Provider Names: Step 3 of the guide instructs users to edit the admin_admin_publisher (and presumably admin_admin_store) service providers.
2. Broken Link: In the "Note" block, the link for "Setting up an e-mail login" is broken and leads to a "Page Not Found" (404) error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the documentation URL mentioned above.
2. Look at the blue "Note" box near the top of the page.
3. Click on the hyperlink "Setting up an e-mail login". Observe that it leads to a non-existent page.
4. Scroll down to Step 3 under the instructions.
5. Observe the text: "Click Edit to edit the admin_admin_publisher".
6. Log into a fresh WSO2 Identity Server / API Manager Management Console (https://localhost:9443/carbon) and navigate to Service Providers > List.
7. Observe that admin_admin_publisher does not exist.

Open the 4.7.0 documentation page for logging in to the Developer Portal using social media. Check the Note block's “Setting up an e-mail login” link and Step 3's admin_admin_publisher and admin_admin_store names against the Service Providers list described in the issue. Done means the link resolves and the instructions use the current service provider names.
