Description
Description
There are two issues on the documentation page for configuring social media login for the Developer Portal in WSO2 API Manager 4.7.0:
- Outdated Service Provider Names: Step 3 of the guide instructs users to edit the admin_admin_publisher (and presumably admin_admin_store) service providers.
- Broken Link: In the "Note" block, the link for "Setting up an e-mail login" is broken and leads to a "Page Not Found" (404) error.
Documentation URL: https://apim.docs.wso2.com/en/4.7.0/reference/customize-product/customizations/log-in-to-the-dev-portal-using-social-media/
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the documentation URL mentioned above.
- Look at the blue "Note" box near the top of the page.
- Click on the hyperlink "Setting up an e-mail login". Observe that it leads to a non-existent page.
- Scroll down to Step 3 under the instructions.
- Observe the text: "Click Edit to edit the admin_admin_publisher".
- Log into a fresh WSO2 Identity Server / API Manager Management Console (https://localhost:9443/carbon) and navigate to Service Providers > List.
- Observe that admin_admin_publisher does not exist.

Research direction
Open the 4.7.0 documentation page for logging in to the Developer Portal using social media. Check the Note block's “Setting up an e-mail login” link and Step 3's admin_admin_publisher and admin_admin_store names against the Service Providers list described in the issue. Done means the link resolves and the instructions use the current service provider names.
