Improve 4.5.0 moesif doc

Description

The Moesif documentation in WSO2 API Manager 4.6.0 includes additional details such as masking and other related features. These features are already implemented in WSO2 API Manager 4.5.0 as well.
However, the 4.5.0 Moesif documentation does not include these details.
