Description
Policies downloaded from PolicyHub has different names in definition file and outside (Maybe intentional)
But GW Image build Docker command fails in such scenarios
ex:
ERROR: [Discovery] policy name mismatch: manifest declares 'basic-auth' but policy-definition.yaml has 'BasicAuth' at /workspace/policies/basic-auth/v1.0.0
