Suggested Feature

Our current Gateway does not handle policy/guardrail failures/errors. When a policy or guardrail fails, the Gateway currently just returns a 422 error. Customers need to do various stuff like publishing events to third party sources upon failures. This needs to be supported on the Gateway.
