Currently the platform Gateway controller REST API has following endpoints:
GET /rest-apis/{id}/api-keys
POST /rest-apis/:id/api-keys
DELETE /rest-apis/:id/api-keys/:apiKeyName
Add such endpoints for llm providers and llm proxies
