Imagify isnot displayed in admin bar with fresh install/activate except after manual refresh

Manual refresh is needed after activate imagify to appear in admin bar

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to http://localhost:10090/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?s=imagify&tab=search&type=term
2. Install and activate imagify from the same page
3. check admin bar => imagify link isnot there
4. refresh the page => imagify is there at admin bar

Expected behavior
imagify appear in admin bar after activation from add new plugin page

Reproduce the issue by installing and activating Imagify from the WordPress plugin-install search page, then compare the admin bar before and after a manual refresh. The fix is complete when the Imagify link appears in the admin bar immediately after activation without requiring a refresh.
